Tess is a founding board member and the Spirit of the Rock of the L.I.G.H.T Foundation. She is responsible for all duties typically held by the Board Secretary.
She loves living in Washington and enjoys the multitude of outdoor and traditional activities she can partake in. Camping, fishing, hunting and berry picking are just a few.
Her background in Tribal land management processes has heightened her appreciation and concern for preserving Native land and plant species.
She sees the L.I.G.H.T Foundation as the perfect opportunity to educate future generations and raise awareness of the importance of Native land and plant conservation.
