LF has participated on the Okanogan Region Food Council since its inception, and has supported coordination and collaborations between Okanogan County and the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (CTCR). Over the years, LF's work has included key roles in the Inchelium Red Garlic Revitalization Coalition, the OK Region's Local

Over the years, LF's work has included key roles in the Inchelium Red Garlic Revitalization Coalition, the OK Region's Local Community Food System Assessment, and the inclusion of an LF objective into the Okanogan Region 10-year Food Action Plan.

LF participates with the Spokane Tribal Network (STN) and other partners to help advance and support their food sovereignty demonstration site on the Spokane Reservation and associated harvest and gathering activities.
