Kathy has a courtesy appointment with the University of Oregon’s Environmental Studies Program and is thrilled to be a part of the L.I.G.H.T. Foundation as a pathway to continuing to facilitate the PNW Tribal Climate Change Project. Kathy has a Masters degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Haiti from 1996 to 1999. She lives in Eugene, Oregon with her family.
